What happens on arrival?

You have to arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your appointment time. You will be given a DVLA questionnaire to fill in prior to your assessment, including your current GP contact details or medical specialists you have seen in the past.  This questionnaire will be part of the full discussion during your appointment.

What happens if I miss my appointment?

If you miss your appointment and you were sponsored by the DVLA, they still need to pay the doctor for their time. This will cause you to miss future sponsored appointments and you will have to self-fund future assessments.  Refunds are only supported for cancellations prior to specified deadlines. You are also able to rebook your appointment prior to the specified deadlines.

What happens if I do not have a Photo identification?

You have to give a photo identification to the doctor for the assessment to be able to proceed.  If you do not hold an old driver's licence,  passport or a current  photo ID badge, you will need to make sure you get an authorised person to countersign an up to date photo of you.

How do I find the Test Facility?

The Practise is a 3 minute taxi drive from the Arundel  Train Station. You will find location details on the booking page, and elsewhere on this website. You will also received the test location along with any booking confirmation.
